Dig Inn is seeking an AWESOME recruiter to join the People & Culture team. We are looking for an outgoing individual who encompasses strong leadership and organizational skills for high volume recruitment. Acting as the first point of contact for future candidates, you will initiate the hiring process by screening and vetting qualified candidates for employment opportunities by using social media, databases, job boards, etc.. You will be the first point of contact for Dig Inn and will fully represent our inclusive, fun culture and vision.


We serve seasonal American food, mostly vegetables, from farmers and partners as close to home as possible. We believe our food choices have the power to leave the world a little better than we found it. Our mission is to train the next generation of cooks, chefs, and restaurateurs, and help small and mid-sized farms scale sustainably. From paddock to plate, we’re building community.
