Dig Inn is seeking a leader to run our Food Safety program. The role will require assessing our current protocols, making recommendations and creating training programs and supporting materials to ensure that we serve the safest and freshest food (mostly vegetables) we can. Successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, coupled with a love for all things food. You will be master of all food safety compliance and you must be excellent at interdepartmental collaboration and coordination. You will be ultimately responsible for all regulatory procedures, quality assurance measures, and food safety compliance.
