The Dig Inn Brand and Marketing team lives by the science and art of exploring, creating, and delivering value. On a daily basis, this involves generating strategic campaigns designed to espouse a vegetable-forward lifestyle, connect with communities, and create authentic relationships on and offline. We’re equally committed to beautifying our restaurants as we are tying marketing contributions to broader business goals.

As our family of restaurants grows, crossing the threshold between building, scaling, and optimizing our efforts will take priority. We’re looking for someone to head up our budding brand and marketing team—the reflective, creative, analytical, strong, strategic Gorilla Glue. You’ll be responsible for connecting process and people, and seamlessly translating them both into future innovation and strategy. Each day you’ll walk in the shoes of our guests, prospects, and investors, mapping their perceptions to your empathetic marketing solutions. And most of all, you’ll see yourself not as a manager, but a leader.
