To the Dig Inn food team, culinary skill is what spinach is to Popeye: a secret power that makes everything better. On a daily basis this involves facilitating events, creating exceptional recipes, and strategizing on current food trends. We’re equally committed to serving amazing food as we are memorizing excel formulas and protecting the bottom line. As our brand grows, crossing the threshold between culinary, tech, and execution will take priority.


We’re looking for a Chef Innovator to join our food team—the agile, multi-tasking, and intrapreneurial roving-kitchen-ninja—to create and execute exceptional menus in alignment with research and development, marketing, operations, and strategy. On a daily basis you’ll build out our restaurant delivery program and special event menus, and facilitate exceptional food and experiences for our off-premise events (always encompassing the overall business and brand objectives in your planning). Each day you’ll walk in the shoes of our guests, chefs, employees, and executive management, mapping their perceptions to your dynamic plans. And most importantly, you’ll see how your support is integral to a better food future.
