On a daily basis the team is mentoring our chefs in training, managing food quality and output, and creating best in class menus. We’re looking for a Field Chef to join our food team—the creative, passionate, and hands on kitchen-inspirer—to run an immaculate and hyper-organized kitchen, nurture an all-star team, and adhere to the highest food safety standards. (Read: we want you to sweat the small stuff.) Based in a home training restaurant, you’ll lead the culinary development of all new Chef Operators, Chef de Cuisines, Assistant Managers, and brigade leaders, reporting to both our food and operations teams. Each day your creative mind will walk in the shoes of our guests, cooks, employees, and executive management, mapping their perceptions to your dynamic plans. And most importantly, you’ll see how your leadership is integral to developing careers and building a better food future.
