You are that perfect char to the broccoli, the go-to for our tasting table who provides our guests with Dig Inn’s culinary journey. Like the theatre, you are creating, communicating, and embracing the culture of high volume kitchen service with slow-food.


We’re looking for a charcuterie chef to join our Rye Brook restaurant, the spoon-feeder of great food, culinary knowledge, and positive energy. You're one for the people and fine foods, and know the ins and outs of a kitchen with your eyes closed. Using all senses while hustling in the kitchen, your creative drive and leadership skills will build the culture for a better food future.
