We’re looking for someone to head up our recruiting team—the strategic, multi-tasking, motivated people magnet—who can oversee all hiring efforts for hourly, restaurant leadership, and support positions. And only the crème de la crème will do. You’ll develop various initiatives around ensuring our restaurants are operating with a surplus of evolving talent (‘organized’ is your second star sign). Reporting to our Director of Human Resources, each day you’ll walk in the shoes of our staff, executive management, and guests, mapping their perceptions to your people-forward recruiting strategies. And most important: you’ll understand how both your strategic and tactical work is integral to a better food future.
